Lucia Ticho

Cello

Chicago-native cellist Lucia Ticho enjoys an active career as a performer and pedagogue.

She joined the Toronto Symphony in 2022 and has played with the Houston Symphony, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, the Colorado Music Festival Orchestra, and the Classical Tahoe Orchestra.

Joy Tseng

Piano

Joy Tseng holds a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto. She received her Master of Music from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois where she majored in music education and piano pedagogy. She also obtained her ARCT diploma in piano teaching from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Her teachers include Susan Hamblin Dennis, William Aide, and Marina Geringas. Corinne Turgeon

Cello

Corinne Turgeon is a cellist from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

She is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at The Glenn Gould School in Toronto (RCM), where she studies with renowned pedagogues Hans Jørgen Jensen and Andrés Diaz.

I chose the Toronto School for Strings and Piano because of the convenient location. As my lessons progressed however, I found the location to be just one of the many aspects of the school that appealed to me. The directors and staff go out of their way to ensure the best possible experience. The TSSP offers fair prices and employs excellent teachers that are highly professional and experienced. My lessons are a true pleasure to attend, and I have found myself improving quickly.
