Bronson Kwan holds an Artist Diploma from The Royal Conservatory of Music and an Associate Diploma from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London, England where he studied with David Takeno.
Bronson has performed and taught violin repertoire at the advanced level for many years.
He is a founding member of the Fisher Quartet. He has been concertmaster of the Toronto Sinfonietta since 1990 and in 1995 became concertmaster of the Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra.
Mr. Kwan is a former faculty member of The Royal Conservatory of Music, and currently teaches Violin and Viola at Bishop Strachan School and St. Clements School. He is a member of the RCM College of Examiners. In addition to teaching, Mr. Kwan is active as an adjudicator.
