Ida Neufeld

Ida Neufeld is a graduate of the Lvov Conservatory (Former U.S.S.R.) with a BA and MA in piano performance and pedagogy.

She received her Suzuki training at the Kingston and London Suzuki institutes with Valery Lloyd-Watts and Carole Bigler, as well as Dorothy Jones.

Ida has over 25 years of teaching experience,both in Canada and the former Soviet Union. She has been an instructor in Suzuki and traditional piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music for 17 years, where her students performed in numerous festivals, such as the Kiwanis and Peel festivals, as well as RCM examinations, with excellent results.

In addition to teaching, Ida is also active as an adjudicator.
